I’ve spent more than 25 years working across SaaS, FinTech, networks and e-commerce, in roles spanning product strategy, technical leadership, project delivery and stakeholder management.
I help leadership teams turn broad goals into clear priorities and realistic plans. I can work alongside an existing team, provide oversight of external partners, or step into a project that needs direction and momentum. I’m comfortable moving between senior conversations and the detail needed to get work delivered.
